This second part of the "tell me a story" project jumped to a time-based piece. I candidly shot several spaces where I lived during the pandemic alongside my family in a spinning motion to resemble the movement of the Russian doll. Then, while the spinning gets faster and faster, the viewer gets sucked into a memory lane where snip bits of home footage are shown to represent all of the moments lived in my family. Most of the graphics and composition during the video are directly tied to the physical characteristics of the Russian doll and the concepts of family, relationships, and memories.
